I'm Dr. C., a practicing pediatrician, and I started Good Prognosis because I couldn't find a medical shirt that felt like it came from inside healthcare instead of a hospital marketing committee.
I've been doing digital illustration for over 20 years so every design starts on my iPad, usually a phrase or a moment from an actual shift, sketched, redrawn, and picked apart until it's right. Then it gets printed on cotton good enough that you'd wear it even if nobody clocked the reference.
No healthcare-hero slogans. No recycled EKG-and-coffee graphics. Just clinically fluent designs, for the cool kind of nerdy.

This is such a cute T-shirt. I love the yellow color and T-shirt is very soft. The frog is very cute and helps to lighten the mood at work with friendly humor. I have received several comments on the shirt so far and will continue wearing it to spread smiles. The shirt runs small so size up if you want an oversized look.
Overall, this is a great t-shirt. It fits well, it has great medical humor, and the frog in the scrubs is chef's kiss adorable. I love the fact that it has the worst phrase you can say in a hospital, which is "it's quiet around here." Overall, the collar is really comfortable even though it's high, and as a small, I can wear it as a big-chested woman and still have plenty of room. Overall, I love this shirt and I'm going to continue wearing it.
I love the fit and the feel of the shirt. The decal seems very well printed and no lifting of missed stitches anywhere on the shirt. It's lightweight but still durable and not see through. 100% cotton so this is one of my favorites! Breathable so you won't overheat on the super busy days.

Very comfortable 100% cotton T-shirt. Straight out of the package it did have an odd smell. After washing the T-shirt it was gone. True to size.
The graphic has a thick “painted on” texture which can be uncomfortable and does not breathe easily. If this could be fixed, it would be wonderful

I really like the color of the shirt. The print is cute too. The material and the fabric is super comfortable. I just dont like that the shirt had kind of a funny smell and i had to wash it before wearing it
