That means a few extra days before it ships—but it also lets us offer more of the oddly specific medical designs we love without mass-producing excess inventory.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During busier periods, production can take up to 5 business days. Once shipped, U.S. transit is typically 3–5 business days.

We think the right shirt is worth the short wait.

Designed, Printed & Shipped in the USA

Good Prognosis shirts are designed in the USA and printed and shipped through U.S.-based production partners, primarily in Florida and Texas.

Occasionally, if a particular size or color is temporarily unavailable at our usual facility, we may route your order to another U.S. production partner to keep it moving instead of waiting for a restock.

Production Time

Because every shirt is printed specifically for your order, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

As soon as production is complete and your package ships, we’ll send you your tracking information by email.

Transit Time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 additional business days.

So from the day you order, most packages arrive in approximately 6–10 business days total.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your address and the production facility handling your order, your package may ship through USPS, DHL eCommerce, OnTrac, Transport by Amazon, or another delivery partner.

Carrier selection varies by location and the most efficient delivery method available for your shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking.

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Tracking can occasionally take a little time to show its first update after a shipping label is created. You may also see a carrier or delivery partner you weren’t expecting—that’s normal and simply reflects the service selected for your shipment.

If your tracking appears unusually delayed, reach out and we’ll help you figure out what’s going on.

Ordering for a Specific Date?

Shopping for Match Day, a White Coat Ceremony, graduation, Nurses Week, a birthday, Hospital Secret Santa, or another special occasion?

We recommend ordering at least two weeks ahead whenever you need your shirt by a particular date.

Production and transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and shipping carriers can occasionally experience unexpected delays—especially around holidays.

The earlier you order, the more breathing room you have.

Please Double-Check Your Shipping Address

Take a quick second to confirm your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error afterward, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order moves too far into production.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.

Because every item is made to order, production begins quickly. After your order has been submitted for production, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.
