• Production: 3–5 business days before shipment
• Delivery: 7–10 additional business days, depending on the carrier and destination
• Holiday orders: Allow extra time during peak season. Delivery dates are estimates, and arrival by a specific occasion isn’t guaranteed.
• Production delays: We’ll email an updated estimate and the option to wait or cancel for a refund.
• Tracking: Sent by email when your order ships — check spam or promotions if needed.
• Address: Double-check your details at checkout; addresses cannot be edited afterward. Reshipping costs due to address errors are your responsibility.

If your tracking says delivered but the package hasn’t reached you, take a quick look around first (neighbors, mailroom, front desk, the side door), since carriers sometimes mark a delivery a day early. If it still isn’t there after 48 hours, write to us within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking and we’ll sort it out with you.
