Where are you located?
Good Prognosis is a physician-founded, U.S.-based business. Every shirt is designed by Dr. C., then professionally printed and shipped from the USA by our trusted production partners. Because each shirt is made to order, it's created just for you—not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
How does it fit?
We print on the Comfort Colors® 1717, known for its relaxed fit and lived-in feel. Order your usual size for a comfortable everyday fit, or size up 1–2 sizes if you prefer an oversized look. Still unsure? Check the size chart compare measurements and see real models wearing different sizes.
What's it made of?
Our shirts are printed on the Comfort Colors® 1717, a premium garment-dyed tee made from heavyweight ring-spun cotton. It's soft from the first wear, holds its shape wash after wash, and gets even better with time. Your design is printed using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, so it feels soft in the fabric—not like a thick plastic transfer.
When will my order arrive?
Every shirt is made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for printing and another 3–5 business days for shipping. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
What if there's a problem with my order?
We stand behind every shirt we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. That's our Happiness Guarantee.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to update or cancel it before production begins. After that, your shirt is already being made specifically for you and can no longer be changed or canceled.
